COCM is excited to announce the promotion of Jeremy Biddy to Executive Vice President for Operations. Jeremy has been with COCM since 2008 and has consistently demonstrated an outstanding work ethic, dedication, and leadership.
Over the course of 15 years, Jeremy worked under COCM veteran Sandy Hill until her December 2022 retirement. During his career with COCM, he has served as Site Director, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Operations. His exceptional performance and commitment to the COCM’s values have made him a valuable asset to the entire organization.
In his new role as Executive Vice President, Jeremy will have responsibility for the overall performance of the COCM operations department. Jeremy will support business development efforts by working with the Vice President of Financial Analysis to create budgets for new business opportunities and will continue to support communities by providing direct corporate support. His proven track record of success and strong leadership skills make him an excellent fit for this new role. Jeremy is looking forward to taking on this new challenge and contributing to the company’s continued success.
