As noted in Student Housing Business, this ranking is significant as the management of on-campus beds by private companies has continued to grow. Every year Student Housing Business conducts a “Top 25 Managers of Student Housing Survey” during the fall. In 2020, more than 100 companies were invited to participate in the survey, with 42 qualified companies responding. Respondents can submit only student housing properties managed within the United States.
