Palmer College of Chiropractic has selected COCM (Capstone On-Campus Management), a Birmingham, AL based student housing firm, to manage its on-campus housing program and facilities. COCM is assuming management of the communities for spring 2020, providing full turn-key management services for the project, with Palmer College supporting the leasing efforts by promoting on-campus housing to its students.
Palmer College’s on-campus housing includes Argyle Apartments, Carriage House Apartments, College Courts, Eight Gables, Perry Hill, 711 Brady, and 719 Main, all of which offer low-rise apartment living to Palmer’s students. COCM is working with the College to improve the resident experience and develop and implement a comprehensive capital improvement plan to bring building systems and finishes up to date and ensure the long-term viability and success of the communities.
COCM will also manage a proposed new student housing community of approximately 139 apartment style beds, currently under design/development and scheduled for opening in June of 2022.
